Ticket Types
Tickets are available as a full 3-day package or as single-day tickets for each day of the event.
Non-Refundable
All tickets are non-refundable. Please ensure your availability and commitment before purchasing.
Non-Transferrable
Tickets are non-transferrable. The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s identification. Changes or transfers are not permitted.
Single-Day Ticket Usage
Single-day tickets are valid only for the specific day mentioned on the ticket. If you purchase a ticket for day one, it is only valid for entry on day one of the event and cannot be used on any other day.
Entry Requirements
A valid ticket and matching identification are required for entry. Please present your ticket and ID at the registration desk upon arrival.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your ticket in a secure place.
Event Program Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including speakers, sessions, and schedule. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in the case of program changes.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event of symposium cancellation, ticket holders will be notified. The organizers will determine the course of action.
Liability
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
Privacy Statement
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Statement governing the use of your personal information.
Purpose of Tickets
The acquisition of tickets serves as a mechanism to recover logistics costs for event preparation. Neither the Data Spaces Support Centre nor any other party financing the event intends to derive financial gain from this symposium.
